If you are considering selling your home, then I invite you to fill out a Home Valuation form for a free estimate of what your home is worth in the current market. The next step, after that, would be to meet in person at the property. There are several factors, beyond the standard beds/baths/square footage, that go into pricing a home as accurately as possible. One of the BIGGEST mistakes I see other agents make is over-inflating a potential client’s home value just to “win” the listing. Then the home just sits there on the market as buyers pass it by for the next house. When working with home sellers, my goal is to sell your home in the quickest amount of time but also for top dollar! If that’s something that interests you then I’d love to connect!
